Epson Red Sea 2008

Ten Underwater Photographers from ten different countries were entered into a special Media catagory at this years Epson Red Sea Underwater Photo Competition.
Each competitor has been fed into the event as their countries Underwater Photographer of the year via online competitions.

First prize:
A $5,000 check courtesy of the Israeli Diving Authority, donated to the SOS Sea Turtles Foundation in Switzerland.

In addition, the winning photographer was granted a diving safari for two people in Fiji Islands with NAI'A luxury sailing live aboard, courtesy of Pacific Islands Travel, valued as $6,200.

Each of us were given a species of fish to find study and capture images of. A portfolio of 5 images which had to include a 'classic' portrait, and the fish feeding were submitted.
